"They are the best plumbing services around and I’m lucky to have them and they never try to double charge their customers for after hours or weekends or try and do costly and un-necessary workloads, like one’s drains are clogged and other plumbers will try and say they need to take apart your toilets to fix the problem, where it’s absolutely costly to do and un-necessary. Reddi Rooter are exceptionally friendly and honest. I’ve used them for years and plan on using the for years to come. "

"I have used Reddi at my house in Concord of many years and have always had the best service, today while at my sister's house in Pleasant Hill she was have issues with her toilet backing up, so I suggested Reddi, she was so impressed by there customer service and technician who's name is Dan a great asset to your company he was friendly and informative. Now Reddi is her go to company for all her plumbing needs....Thank you Reddi & Dan"

"I have used Reddi Rooter for years to resolve issues that I cannot handle myself (old house with old plumbing). Derick and Conway are the usuals, but I think almost everyone has come to my house at one time or another. They are always on time, prompt, and professional. They do the job correctly, and I never have to worry that I am being over-charged or swindled in any way. Whenever I have strayed and used another company (through no choice of my own) I have always regretted it. I will always call Reddi Rooter first. "
