"I called 7 companies for price quotes. I call Reddi Rooter and LESLIE answers, I ask for a quote and instead of supplying a quote she asked me what happen? what's going on? she was very concerned about what was going on and real quick to want to help me out. Talk about FANTASTIC customer service. I told her what was going on she explained what it could be and told me she can send someone out to be in 2 hours or less. THANK YOU LESLIE FOR ALL YOUR HELP!"

"Last week, I called around 8pm at night after 2 nights of a clogged kitchen drain that took about an hour to drain even after trying home remedies and also taking apart the pipe myself. I was surprised to get a very friendly woman answer and offer me an appointment for 9-10am the next morning. Derrick arrived exactly at 9am. He went outside to our kitchen clean-out (only cleaned out once since house built 1981) and used his plumbing tool to take care of the problem. We also got a senior citizen discount. He was on time, polite and very helpful. He also solved another minor plumbing problem for us. I had heard about company from neighborhood web site and was very pleased with service and price."

"I have used this company for years with block sinks and plumbing issues in my old house. I had recent reason to call them to my mother's house in Danville. The sewer line was backing up going out of the house. They were there promptly as promised. Conway was very professional , polite and knew what he was doing. Throughly check the drain lines for my mother's house several times and cleaned out the pipes. Efficient and reasonablr price, unlike some other company that wanted $5,000 from my 95 year old grandmother to replace the lines. Very happy with this company once again"
