"I have used Reddi Rooter for years to resolve issues that I cannot handle myself (old house with old plumbing). Derick and Conway are the usuals, but I think almost everyone has come to my house at one time or another. They are always on time, prompt, and professional. They do the job correctly, and I never have to worry that I am being over-charged or swindled in any way. Whenever I have strayed and used another company (through no choice of my own) I have always regretted it. I will always call Reddi Rooter first. "

"I called 7 companies for price quotes. I call Reddi Rooter and LESLIE answers, I ask for a quote and instead of supplying a quote she asked me what happen? what's going on? she was very concerned about what was going on and real quick to want to help me out. Talk about FANTASTIC customer service. I told her what was going on she explained what it could be and told me she can send someone out to be in 2 hours or less. THANK YOU LESLIE FOR ALL YOUR HELP!"
